Meet the Panel Pic 1 Josephine Gillard, Vice President, Human Resources at Union Bank of California. Ms. Gillard's responsibilities include implementing employee programs, policy interpretation, application of Business Standards of Conduct and overseeing investigations involving sexual harassment and discrimination. Ms. Gillard is also a former Division Manager of the Allstate Insurance Company.

Meet the Panel Pic 2 Peter Rutter, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist and an associate clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California Medical School, San Francisco. Dr. Rutter teaches and consults internationally in the areas of sexual harassment and breach of professional trust relationships. He has been featured on national news programs and is the author of "Sex in the Forbidden Zone" and "Understanding and Preventing Sexual Harassment."

Meet the Panel Pic 3 Manuel H. Miller has been a trial attorney for over forty years and has earned an exemplary reputation in constitutional and criminal law. Mr. Miller began his career as a Public Defender in the criminal court system and has been an advocate of equal and First Amendment rights. In private practice, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in sexual harassment litigation.

Meet the Panel Pic 4 Irene Ayala (moderator) has been a legal commentator for CNN, MSNBC and The Today Show. She has served as a commissioner for the city of Los Angeles and is a former prosecutor for the United States Attorney's Office.
