Mariel was 2 years old when she was diagnosed and currently she receives treatment in Caracas, Venezuela. Life has changed a lot since she became sick and now it's a real battle, but she is a champion! Mariel is a very nice girl, very active and articulated. She goes to pre-school almost every day and she recently began taking some karate lessons, too. She is very happy to have her picture included on the website along with the other kids who are also waiting for a cure for this illness.
Mariel tenía 2 años cuando fue diagnosticada y actualmente recibe tratamiento en Caracas, Venezuela. La vida le ha cambiado mucho desde que enfermo y actualmente es una batalla, pero ella es una campeona! Mariel Victoria es una niña cariñosa, muy activa, elocuente. Va al preescolar casi todos los dias y desde have poco también esta yendo a karate. Ella está muy feliz de ver su foto incluida en este sitio junto con la de otros niños que también esperan una cura para esta enfermedad.
