Hi! My name is Carly Sheffield, and I was diagnosed with JDMS at age 9 in 2001. I was on steriods until January 2005. I am now 14 years old, and in remission. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing volleyball, and going to youth group. God has been my comfort and strength through this whole disease, and I could not have done it without him. I love life, and strive to live it to the fullest!
