Orders accepted for shipment will be confirmed to the purchaser via email. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to advise us of any errors immediately upon receipt of our Order Confirmation. We make every effort to ensure you are viewing the best current selling prices. In rare occasions we may post an incorrect price, due to an oversight. We will always confirm our pricing to you on our Order Confirmation. If our price(s) on our Order Confirmation to you is not what you originally ordered, you will always have the option of canceling your order pior to us shipping it. Using the Order Form (Shopping Cart)

Shopping cart: Each item you select will show up in your Shopping Cart "basket" showing the purchase price. You do not have to create a "customer account." Our goal is to make ordering as quick and easy as possible.

Most orders are shipped complete. On rare occasions, items may not ship at the same time. We will combine as many items as possible in one order when it is going to the same destination.

Multiple orders placed on the same day of purchase - If you are using the same Credit Card to place multiple orders ON THE SAME DAY, you only need to enter your credit card information once. Simply make reference to your first order on subsequent orders in the Comments/Special Instructions box on the Check Out page.

Avoid delays - Always provide a telephone number or email address in case there are emergencies or delayed shipments beyond our control. WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO PROCESSING IT, so it is important you provide a correct email address and telephone number.

Return Policy - Merchandise Returns and Damages

All orders are packed and shipped with care. Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. The carrier may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. You should first contact your delivery carrier immediately and document any damage.Please call our 24 hour Message Center if you need additional information to complete your claim. It we file a claim on your behalf, we will credit your account when settlement is received by us.

Only returns that are accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) issued by us will be accepted. Returns are not accepted after 10 days of purchase (10-day Purchase Policy). To request a RGA, customers can contact us immediately via email at info@captainpicard.com or contact our Aloha Service Representative at 808.327.9792 and provide the following information:

Invoice or Reference Number of transaction

Date of Order

Item to be returned

Email and telephone number of purchaser

Reason for return

Only items that are unused, sealed in its original packaging, and in resalable condition may be accepted as returned goods. Credit will be for goods and applicable tax only, not freight. The return must be freight pre-paid.

If we shipped an item in error, we will replace the item (if still available) or reimburse the purchaser for merchandise and shipping costs, provided (1) the item is returned in its original packaging with seals intact by a carrier that we specify and (2) the item(s) is accompanied by a RGA issued by us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS NOT COVERED BY OUR 10-DAY OF PURCHASE POLICY. Used items, Sale items, items where the original packaging have been opened/damaged, BOOKS, and items such as products that may come in contact with skin including clothing, masks, hair picks, and earrings. Items where the package has been opened or seals broken are also non-returnable and non-refundable. (Return to Shopping Cart)

We do not accept collect shipments. You must obtain a RGA (return goods authorization) from us and ship the item insured, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused.

Credit Card Purchases

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Expressy and the Discover cards. We do not accept business ord personal checks.

Because we are an on-line store (and therefore are able to offer very competitive pricing without a large overhead), our entire inventory is listed on our web site. Purchases should be made using our on-line Shopping Cart order form for THE FASTEST WAY TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.


Local Hawaiian GET (tax) will be added to shipments within the Hawaiian Islands.
